Six Sentence Sunday

Another contribution to the Six Sentence Sunday shenanigans...

From this week forward, I'll be posting from one pseudonym at a time, as per the rules for Six Sentence Sunday. However, I am going to start doing WIP Wednesday on my own -- Every Wednesday, I'll post a snippet of my current work-in-progress. For Six Sentence Sunday, I'll alternate between my two pseudonyms. For those not familiar with me, I write hetero erotic romance as Lauren Gallagher and M/M erotic romance as L. A. Witt.

This week, from Lauren Gallagher, six sentences from a contemporary erotic work-in-progress, I'll Show You Mine:

Jenn wrinkled her nose, but didn’t say anything. The fact that she was unimpressed with him only solidified my suspicion that this appearance was a façade. Jenn liked her pretty little rich boys, and Shane gave off a vibe that was anything but Cadillacs and country clubs. Even a tuxedo couldn’t hide that look, that aura, like he was a button and a shrug away from revealing something much less refined. Something almost dangerous. A wolf in sheep’s clothing.

Want to play along? It’s fun and easy!
1. pick a project – a current WIP, contracted work or even something readers can buy if you’re published
2. pick six sentences
3. post ‘em on Sunday

  2. I always love the character that cleans up well but can't quite disguise what's really beneath. Nice.
