NEW RELEASES: If It Drives, Guarded, and For The Living

It's been a busy week -- three new titles launched! I didn't want to do a post for each release because that would just clutter everything up, so I've rounded them up for a single post.

Cat Grant and I are pleased to announce the release of our kinky rock star novel, Guarded, available on Amazon, AllRomance, Barnes & Noble, iTunes, and Smashwords.

On the surface, rock star Jordan Kane has it all. No Rules is burning up the charts and headlining a world tour. His bodyguard doubles as his hot, kinky boyfriend who knows just how to push all his buttons. But behind the scenes, he’s suffocating.
Jase never imagined he’d have a shot at bedding the larger than life rock star, never mind dominating him, but now he’s worried he’s in over his head. Jordan’s kinks run deep, dark, and sometimes dangerous, putting Jase’s desires to both pleasure and protect him at odds.
They might have a fighting chance at finding the safe, happy medium between what Jordan needs and what Jase is willing to give, but there’s one problem: Daniel, Jordan’s childhood best friend, the band’s talented guitarist—and the volatile, hard-partying drug addict. Jordan is determined to save Daniel from himself, but Jase has been there, done that, and desperately wants to protect Jordan from the inevitable heartache of watching an addict self-destruct.
When Daniel goes off the rails again, Jordan calls off the tour to get him help. Tension within the band skyrockets and pressure from the record label sends Jordan into a dark spiral. Now his band—and his life—are balanced on a knife's edge, and Jase is the only one who can pull him back... but only if the echoes of his own tragic past don't push him over instead.
Aleksandr Voinov and I have been busy too, and we're taking you back to Market Garden in the seventh book in that series, If It Drives, available from Riptide PublishingAmazon, AllRomance, and Barnes & Noble.
If it flies, drives, or fornicates, it's cheaper to rent it.
After driving James Harcourt, his wealthy banker boss, around for a year and a half, Cal isn’t surprised by much anymore. Not even James’s regular trips to Market Garden, London’s most elite gay brothel.
But when James leaves the Garden alone one night and turns to Cal instead, Cal’s floored. After crushing on his boss for ages, it’s his wet dream come true . . . until the awkward morning after. Cal still has a job to do, but he wants to offer more. Yet James doesn’t take him up on it; he keeps Cal at arm’s length and continues his chauffeured jaunts to Market Garden.
As Cal learns what James needs from the rentboys, he tries to fill that need himself. But there’s more to James’s penchant for rentboys than Cal realizes, and it may be one role that Cal can’t fill without overstepping his duty.

And finally, I've re-released my novel, For The Living, and it can be found on Amazon, AllRomance, and Barnes & Noble.

For the last year, Jay Warren has struggled to find the nerve to tell his wife he’s gay. Every time he gets the chance, though, he freezes up. He’s ashamed of hiding it all this time and he doesn’t want to hurt her, and the guilt has been almost unbearable.
Then his wife dies suddenly, and Jay’s conscience threatens to eat him alive.
Funeral director Scott Lawson deals with the bereaved every day, and he’s all too familiar with the inside of the closet. He offers Jay some much-needed compassion and understanding, and from that connection comes a friendship that quickly—perhaps too quickly—turns into something more.
But are grief, guilt, and loneliness the only things tying them together? Or will Scott get fed up with being used as an emotional crutch before Jay realizes what he has?
This book was previously published.
Stay tuned -- Roped In (written with Marie Sexton) is out later this month, as is the seventh Tucker Springs book, It's Complicated!

WANTED: Established Authors Not Afraid to Give a Little to (Hopefully) Gain a Lot - of Exposure

From Cat Grant:
I'm putting together a self-published boxed set of M/M military man stories for release later this year. Right now there's me, LA Witt, Keira Andrews and two other possible authors on board. Ideally, I'd like ten authors in the bundle.

In a nutshell, I'm looking for: Novella length stories - 15 - 25K. Contemporary preferred, the hotter the better. I'd like to have the bundle available in time for GayRomLit this October, which means I would need the completed stories (beta'ed, edited and ready for publication) in hand no later than August 15th. (I will, of course, copy-edit for consistency in grammar, spelling, etc., but the stories will have to be beta'ed and/or edited at the authors' expense.) The bundle will be available for a limited time only (Octoberthrough next February or March). After that, we settle accounts, take the bundle off sale and all rights revert back to the individual authors.

The object here is not to make wads of cash, but gain greater exposure - ideally, to hit the NYT and/or USA Today lists. No guarantee it'll happen, but that's what we're shooting for. I will be the editor/project manager on this bundle, and will publish it under my Cat Grant Books imprint on Amazon. (I will probably upload it to Nook, Kobo and iTunes through my Smashwords account as well.) I estimate the cost for cover art, formatting, etc., to be about $300-400, the cost of which will be split among all the participating authors (so if we get ten authors - $30-40 each).

Interested? Shoot me a proposal at: bittermint2007@gmail.com

NOW AVAILABLE: The Only One Who Knows

The wait is over! Cat Grant and I are pleased to announce that our first co-written book, The Only One Who Knows, is available from Samhain Publishing. It can be purchased on Amazon and Barnes & Noble, as well as Samhain's website, and will be on AllRomance soon. And don't miss the sequel, The Only One Who Matters, due out in March!

Bravery is being the only one who knows you're afraid.
The Only One, Book 1
When Navy SEAL training pushed Lieutenant Josh Walker to his limit, Chief David Flint’s stern heart-to-heart—more like boot-to-ass—helped Josh realize his potential. When the holidays found them alone together and sharing a mutual attraction, they couldn’t help breaking a few regulations. And nearly breaking some furniture in the process.
Years after their short-lived fling, Senior Chief Flint returns to SEAL duty and finds himself under the command of the man he’s never been able to forget: Lieutenant Commander Walker. And Josh hasn’t forgotten David, either. Rules be damned, they can’t keep their hands off each other.
Despite their discretion, another SEAL catches on and threatens to expose their relationship, forcing Josh to bend to a blackmailer’s demands to avoid strife within the team just before a dangerous mission. David is the last man he can confide in…and the first to pick up on Josh’s tightly screwed-down stress.
When a life-or-death decision calls Josh’s leadership into question, coming clean could cost him what he values most. His coveted trident…and the man he loves.
Product Warnings – Contains a pair of Navy SEALs who don’t like playing by the rules, scorching-hot sex between two Alphas who like to be in charge, cursing as only Navy men can curse, lots of camouflage and badassery in the wilds of North Korea, and enough emotion to sink a battleship.

The 2013 Wrap-Up and What's Happening in 2014 Post

Okay, so 2013 was not a great year when it came to keeping up with my blog. Understatement, I know. Quite honestly, it just came down to being incredibly busy as well as traveling a lot, which is totally no excuse for being a lame blogger, but there it is. Author fail.

So as I've mentioned in a few posts over the last few months, I'm basically calling this year's blogging efforts a loss and resolving to be more on top of things in 2014. More on that in a minute, but first, let's recap the parts of 2013 that didn't suck. Namely, everything besides my blogging.  Or if you want to skip ahead to the 2014 stuff, scroll down til you see the red text.

This was a year of traveling and co-writing. Sometimes both at the same time. I spent a total of six and a half weeks in Europe, most of that with the awesome Aleksandr Voinov. We explored London, spent a few days in Manchester for the UK LGBT Meet-Up, and visited Poland and Germany right in the middle of a ridiculous heat wave. Hey, HVAC companies? Get a foothold in the air conditioning market in Berlin. Seriously. You'll make a killing. The place has no A/C.

Anyway, in addition to traveling together, Aleks and I did a ton of co-writing. We released the first Market Garden book, Quid Pro Quo, back in January, and have been having a ball writing additional stories in that series. Four of them came out in 2013, and in 2014, we look forward to releasing Payoff and If It Drives in the very near future. Will there be more? Of course! Updates to come. (No, really, I will totally be updating my blog this time.)
We're looking forward to the release of our suspense novel, Hostile Ground, and hopefully we'll also have our next World War II book finished soon, along with some cool fantasy/sci fi shenanigans we have in the works. I'm also currently working on a novel-length continuation of one of Aleks's popular books (with his blessing and guidance, of course). Expect details on that one around March, but I am so excited about it, I can barely stand it. Sooooon...

I didn't just join forces with Aleks, though. Since co-writing is ridiculously fun and surprisingly addictive, I've been plotting and scheming with a number of other authors for various joint projects. No details on those yet, since they're not set in stone, but there are several being batted around. Plus there is a new multi-author series in the works that's along the same lines as Tucker Springs. Exciting stuff that I can't wait to share!

As for unholy alliances that have resulted in actual completed projects, I've begun writing with both Cat Grant and Marie Sexton. Cat was actually the first one I started chatting with about a co-written book, but it was a little slow-going at first mostly because yours truly was insanely swamped during the first few months of the year. But Cat patiently waited for me to get things under some semblance of control, and in the end, we wrote two Navy SEAL books, The Only One Who Knows and its sequel The Only One Who Matters, both of which will be released by Samhain in early 2014. At the moment, we're writing a rock star novel  called Guarded, which we'll also release in 2014.
Marie Sexton and I have written a contemporary western novella called Roped In, which will be out sometime in April. We're batting around an idea for a sequel, but nothing's set in stone there yet. Definitely stay tuned for those updates!

And there were quite a few solo books out this year, but co-writing was 2013's new frontier, and I'm looking forward to continuing with my current co-authors as well as possibly adding a few others to the mix.

Speaking of collaborating, I've also joined forces with androgynous model Victoria Victor and photographer McCade Dolan of Cadeography to produce a cover for a not-yet-written transgender romance novel. We've already had one photo shoot, and the results were amazing. The second shoot (the cover has two images) is coming up, and I'm thoroughly excited to see how it turns out. Once the cover is finalized, I'll be writing the book based on the result.

Finally, I've moved into the realms of self-publishing this year, mostly to re-release some books whose rights have reverted to me. A few have been released already, including Light Switch and The Best Man, as well as World Enough and Time (formerly Until It's Over), and additional titles will be available again in 2014, including the Cover Me trilogy.

Speaking of re-releases, Static has been acquired by Riptide Publishing, and will be available in January. I adore LC Chase's cover art, but folks, she seriously outdid herself on this one. Just look at that thing:

Love it. Love it, love it, love it.

So that was 2013 in a nutshell.

But let's move on to 2014, shall we?

First, let's talk about the blog.

The blog, which has been pretty much dead all year. NO MORE OF THAT! I've got a few topics and posts lined up on everything from conferences to writing techniques to random musings. All kinds of fun stuff. And as per usual, you can expect the odd rant when there's some kerfuffle or another in the industry or the genre Assuming I actually poke my head up and realize there's something going on in time to post a reasonably timely commentary on it -- I spent a lot of 2013 realizing something was going on, but the window of relevance had passed while I was facedown in something else. *sigh*

My other dead blog -- aka, my personal blog -- will be resurrected as well. That one's been a little quiet in part because of my total lapse in blog commitment this year, but also because it's kind of hard to write about Adventures in Navy Wifing when those adventures are occurring in Nebraska. Let's chalk that up to lack of material, shall we, and hope the Navy sends us someplace more interesting when we transfer at the end of 2014.

Back to this blog...  If you are an author looking to promote a book or need a stop for a blog tour/blog hop, please feel free to contact me and I'd be happy to host you.

There will also be some regular contests this year! Because contests rock. I mean, what's not to love? You win stuff!  "Stuff" in this case will include ebooks, signed paperbacks, and other cool prizes as I acquire them.

And speaking of contests and such, I'll be starting a newsletter in 2014.  I promise -- Scout's honor, pinkie swear, the whole nine yards -- that you'll receive a maximum of two messages a month. A monthly newsletter, and then one --ONLY one -- additional newsletter if there's something going on that's, well, newsworthy. You can sign up here, or at the upper left corner of my blog. No spam. Promise.

There will be some contests here on the blog, and there will be some exclusive to newsletter subscribers. Sign up! You know you want to! There's cake*!

* There isn't really any cake.

So that's what's happening on the blog.

What about the books, yo?

Well, there are a few of those coming out this year.

Re-Releases:
As mentioned above, Static is coming in January from Riptide, and the Cover Me trilogy -- Cover Me, Trust Me, and Search Me -- will be re-released in early 2014. Noble Metals is also making a comeback around mid-year, along with a previously unpublished sequel/spinoff. Also keep an eye out for details on Ex Equals and Disengaged.

Lauren Gallagher:
Lauren is finally going to get off her butt and have a few new releases this year, but they'll be in the latter half of the year. Look for I'll Show You Mine coming from Samhain in December, as well as Razor Wire and Peer Review from Riptide. A few others are in the works -- details to come.

L.A. Witt:
 - With Aleksandr Voinov -- Payoff and If It Drives are the latest additions to the Market Garden series, and we're working on a few more ideas for 2014. Also coming in 2014, our suspense novel, Hostile Ground. We've written a book in my Wilde's universe (aka, The Distance Between Us) called No Distance Left to Run, and that will be out in May from Samhain. And of course there's that continuation of Aleks's book, but don't tell anyone.

 - With Cat Grant -- The Only One Who Knows is out January 7th, The Only One Who Matters will be along March 18th, and Guarded will be out...soon.

 - With Marie Sexton -- Roped In will be available April 20th from Amber Allure.

 - Tucker Springs -- I'm currently in the home stretch on It's Complicated, which is due out in April, and we'll be adding an additional author in 2014.

 - Solo -- Conduct Unbecoming's spinoff, General Misconduct, will be available in July from Samhain. Also from Samhain, The Walls of Troy will be out in October.

There's lots more in the offing that I can't post about yet, so stay tuned! It's going to be a busy year, which is a good thing, of course. And there really will be more blogging this time around -- promise!

Happy Holidays, everyone, and here's to a kickass 2014!

To Con or Not to Con? That's a Good Question.

It's that time of year again. Registration for RT is open, GRL is going to be upon us in a matter of days (OMG...), and people are making plans for the 2014 conference season. As expected, there are a lot of people asking themselves -- and their social networks -- if it's worth it to attend this or that conference. Or if it's worth it to attend conferences at all. Given the expense as well at the stress and time commitment, I'd say that's an incredibly valid question to ask.

So I thought I'd weigh in with my thoughts on the subject. I'm no expert by any means, just an author who has, for better or worse, attended a handful of conferences and plans to attend a few more in the future.

Do you make any money at a conference?

If you're a NYT bestseller with a hundred people waiting in line at your signing table, you might very well walk away from a conference in the black. The rest of us? Not so much. Between airfare (or gas), hotel, food, swag, books, and the odd pay-per-view, going to a conference ain't cheap. Yes, you'll probably sell some books. I usually sell quite a few, both at the signing(s) and just interacting with people throughout the event. But you probably won't sell enough to pay for all your expenses.

The thing is, though, you're selling books face to face. You're putting a face with your pen name and interacting with your readers. Plus you might be speaking on panels, giving out swag, and just generally being present and visible to people who may not have heard of you before.  At the end of the week, you may have spent more than you made *at the conference*, but that doesn't mean it was a waste of money.  Besides, it's a tax write-off. Quite honestly, I'd rather spend $X to go to a con than include it in my annual sacrifice to the IRS.

So is it worth it?

From a strictly financial standpoint, it's debatable.

But the experience? Yes, I think it's totally worth it. The panels tend to be entertaining if nothing else, and usually educational too. If you're a reader, you get to meet authors you enjoy as well as fans who might recommend authors you've never read. If you're an aspiring writer, just sitting down with some authors, readers, and publishers can be incredibly beneficial. If you're a published author, you're meeting your fans, your publishers, new readers, other authors who you may or may not know from the online world. Honestly, it's kind of like a giant get-together of your book-related social network, and you know what? It's fun. It's a lot of fun.

It can also be career-changing. I was rooming with Rachel Haimowitz at Authors After Dark while she and Heidi Belleau were writing the first Flesh Cartel book together. Watching that happen put the bug in my ear that co-authoring could be fun, and shortly after AAD, I was planning a co-authored book with Cat Grant, who I'd also met for the first time at AAD.  A couple of months later, at GRL, I met Aleksandr Voinov for the first time, and that sparked the unholy alliance that has, in the space of a year, resulted in almost a dozen co-written books as well as two lengthy trips to Europe. Between GRL and AAD, I might have made a few hundred bucks off books I sold in person, but the long term benefits? Worth it. Soooooo worth it.

What if I don't like big social situations, or would rather not be around people? What if I don't like traveling?

Quite simply: Don't. And that's not meant to be snarky or dismissive. The thing is, cons are stressful. Especially if you're introverted or reclusive and aren't used to being around huge groups of people, it can be pretty taxing. The constant activity can be overwhelming. I can think of at least a dozen people -- myself included -- who have to make a point of disappearing at some point during the con just to quietly decompress for a little while. I enjoy cons a lot, but I have my limits, and I've learned to accept when I've reached that limit.

If going to a con is unduly stressful -- whether because of cost, anxiety, or any number of reasons -- then it's probably not worth it for you. If that's the case, don't go. Really.

So what if I go, and get stressed out?

You will. Guaranteed. I'm fairly mellow and not easily frazzled, but have yet to attend a con where I didn't have at least one period of "OMG I need to sit in a dark room and collect my thoughts."  The trick is knowing how to cope with that. Know when you've reached your limit and how to handle it (step out for a cigarette, retreat to your room for a little while, grab a taxi and go to a restaurant on the other side of town, etc).

If I can offer one piece of advice that served me well at my first conference, it's this: Don't overbook. It's very tempting to sign up for everything. Every party, every event, every panel, the book signing(s), etc. Don't. The first time I went to RT, I didn't even do the book signing. I literally committed to nothing. If there was a panel I wanted to see, I went to it. If an event sounded fun and there was space, I went to it. I wandered around the book signing to get a feel for the vibe and the crowd, but could leave any time I wanted to. It was still an overwhelming event -- you don't realize just how big RT is until you're in the middle of it -- but I think it would've been a lot more stressful had I been signed up for seven hundred things.

When I went to AAD a few months later, I was signed up for several panels and a couple of readings, plus the book signing. It was stressful, and I had to scramble to get to a few things, but I was better prepared for it because I at least knew what a con was like. Take that for what it's worth.

Also, you're not required to attend anything.

Let me repeat that.

You're not.

Required.

To attend.

Anything.

That big party where everyone is dressing in period costumes? Not required. The dinner that's on the other side of the hotel ten minutes after that reading you spent two days psyching yourself up for? No. The giant book signing that every author is supposed to attend? Nope. That trip to a karaoke bar at the end of a day when you really just want to have a quiet glass of wine in the bar? No way.

Pace yourself. Know your own limits. Allow yourself to do whatever you need to do if you get overwhelmed. Remind yourself it's okay to say no to invitations.

In closing, yes, I firmly believe cons are worth it, but I also acknowledge that they're stressful and expensive, and no one should feel like they have to go to them.  If you do choose to go -- and I hope you'll give at least one a shot -- know what you're getting into, and know that going to one con does not obligate you to go to more. Avoiding cons will not kill your career. I promise.

And should you find yourself at a con, and you see me -- easily identifiable by the obnoxious T-shirt, the name badge, and the suited German gentleman with whom I'm joined at the hip -- come up and say hello. I don't bite. I promise. :)

Another "OMG Where Is 2013 Going??" Update...

I have been the worst blogger ever this year. Good lord. You don't have to guess what's on top of my 2014 New Year's resolutions. And who in the world does New Year's resolutions in August? Well, people like me who seem to be stuck in a weird time warp where we go to bed and wake up six weeks later. This year is definitely getting away from me, but 2014 will not. It will not, I say!

Anyway. This is going to be another one of those posts where I try to summarize everything that's gone on since last I meaningfully blogged, and give a prediction of what will happen in the next few months. There's usually a fruitless promise in there somewhere about lessening my workload, but I'll spare you that one this time. We all know it's not going to happen. Though I have been making a point of spending more time with that guy living in my house with a gold ring on his left hand, so I am deliberately spending less time in my office. Maybe there's hope for me yet.

Moving on. What has gone on since I last blogged?  The short answer is that I traveled. I flew back to London at the beginning of July, and spent three and a half weeks gallivanting around England, Poland, and Germany with Aleksandr Voinov. We attended the LGBT UK Meet-up in Manchester, and if you have the chance to attend next year's in Bristol, you totally should. It was gobs of fun.

Then we alternated between playing Laptop Battleship (tm), checking out various and sundry historical locations for research, and trying not to evaporate in the most ungodly heat wave ever. Word to the wise: never get a second degree sunburn. They suck.

And what the hell is Laptop Battleship (tm) anyway?  Basically, it's when Aleks and I write together in person, as opposed to online.  Well, okay, we're online too, but we're actually in the same room. We set up in a library, coffee shop, or the living room of someone who has air-conditioning and left their front door unlocked a train. We log into Google Docs, and commence writing as we normally do: Aleks writes a few paragraphs, then I write a few, and we go back and forth for a few hours. With out laptops sitting back to back and both of us staring intently at the screens, it looks a lot like we're playing the classic game Battleship.

Upon my return to the U.S., I did what I always do: jumped back into working. Deadlines ahoy, y'all. And edits. Good times.  And of course, spending time with my horse, my cats, and my husband, all of whom felt sorely neglected by my absence. I also got caught up on Candy Crush. Don't judge me.

Speaking of books, let's talk...uh...books.  Two of them were released while I was in Europe. Of course I posted about Unhinge the Universe, but I neglected to pimp out my erotic sci fi novel, Wireless, which is now available from Loose Id, LLC:

And after almost four years of being published, I still get a little giddy over cover art. Okay, a lot giddy. Especially when that cover art looks like this:

I know, right? NOM NOM NOM NAVY SEALS. The Only One Who Knows will be available from Samhain Publishing in early 2014. The sequel, The Only One Who Matters, will follow close after that. What else will Cat Grant and I have to offer next year? Oh, just wait. ;)

And speaking of covers, this one kind of blew my mind. I wrote the article a few months back, but totally didn't expect to see it mentioned on the cover:
Squee!

Then of course, there are two releases this month. Both next week, actually.

Capture & Surrender is the fifth book -- but first novel -- of the Market Garden series, and will be available from Riptide Publishing on the 19th (sooner if you pre-order!). Yes, that is a paintball mask on the cover.

Meet Me in the Middle follows The Distance Between Us and The Closer You Get. Dale, Rhett's smartass friend, finally gets his own story. Samhain Publishing will release this one on the 20th.

Oh! And a lot of people have asked if A Chip In His Shoulder or Something New Under the Sun would ever find their way into paperback, and the answer is YES.  Behold: Falling Sky - The Complete Collection:
Now you too can have Liam and Daniel in your hot little hands.

So what's next?

Well, as always: a lot of things. I'm currently working on another World War II book with Aleks. Cat and I have a little something in the works. Tucker Springs #7 is in-progress.  Lauren Gallagher will actually have a couple of titles out in 2014, which is good since she's been a damned slacker this year.

I'll also be re-releasing some titles that have gone out of print. Some will be self-published, some will be released through various publishers. If you're looking for a particular title and have been unable to find it, let me know, and I can give you a rough estimate for its re-release.

And finally, I'll be showing my face in public a couple more times this year. This month, I will be at Toledo Pride, likely making a fool of myself. In October, I'll be at GayRomLit in Atlanta, and you can see what I look like just days after I've been to a 30 Seconds to Mars concert. Prediction: hoarse, a little bruised, and in giddy fangirl mode. Especially since Cat and I are going to two shows within 24 hours. Why? Pfft. It's 30 Seconds to Mars. That's all the reason anyone needs.

That pretty much sums everything up. 2014 is promising to be a good year, with several releases already booked for the first few months. And yes, I will blog more in 2014. Maybe even in 2013, but no promises...

Some long overdue updates.

Wow. I really need to stop slacking on my blogs. I've been saying that for a while, I know. I'm trying, I swear!! :)

So here are some updates and what's coming up over the next few months.

If you're in the UK and will be attending the UK LGBT Fiction Meet-Up, I'll be there along with my lovely partner in crime and co-author, Aleksandr Voinov. After the meet-up, Aleks and I are going to kick around London for a while before jetting off to Germany and Poland for some on-location World War II research.

I'll also be going to Toledo Pride in Ohio on August 24th, and GayRomLit in Atlanta in October. If you're at any of those events, do come say hello!

Now, what about books? Well, there are a few of those coming down the pipe...

For one, I'm now co-authoring with the amazing Cat Grant, and we're wrapping up our first book, a Navy SEAL story called The Only One Who Knows. That one will be available from Samhain Publishing in late 2013/early 2014; keep an eye on this site for updates.

Aleks and I are releasing our fourth Market Garden book, If It Fornicates, which will be available from Riptide Publishing on June 10th. The following week, on the 17th, you can grab my kinky little leather convention romance, Finding Master Right.

Aleks and I also have our first historical, Unhinge the Universe, coming out this summer; details on that one coming very, very soon.  August will be another double-hitter, with Market Garden #5, Capture & Surrender, and The Distance Between Us #3, Meet Me in the Middle. And then in September, both Tooth & Claw #3, The United & The Divided, and Tucker Springs #6, After the Fall, will be released.

Now you can see why I've been so busy these last few months! LOL

What about the future? Well, Aleks and I have a number of books lined up and ready to write as soon as we've both finished some solo projects, and Cat and I are plotting and scheming to join forces again as well. Some other co-authored projects are being bounced around too, but you'll just have to wait for details on those. ;)  And of course, there will be plenty of solo books, too. Lauren Gallagher might even be writing a bit more in the near future.

So for the next month or so, I'm still plowing through a few projects before my workload is a bit more manageable, and then I SWEARZ I'll be updating these things more often!
