Re-Releasing Some Older Titles

For the past few months, I've been working on re-releasing some older titles that went out of print in 2013. I've posted about some of them, and others have just sort of been quietly released because I didn't want to saturate Twitter of my blog with "this one's available now too!" That and I was still working out all the self-publishing bugs. I'm still working out a few, so bear with me a little, but now that the majority of the books have been re-released, here they are:

From L.A. Witt...

The Cover Me Trilogy is available as a boxed set or as individual titles.

Also recently released: (Click on the covers for buy links)

Changing Plans is a collection containing the novellas Getting off the Ground, Infinity Pools, and On The List.

From Lauren Gallagher:

Please note that World Enough and Time was previously published as Until It's Over.

Light Switch & Reconstructing Meredith are available individually or as a boxed set called Wanting Moore.

REVIEWS: Ex Equals, Trust Me

Two new reviews from Jessewave:

Lasha gave Ex Equals 4.25 out of 5 stars:
"Excellent story that rings true as two former lovers try and make their way back to each other." (Review)
Feliz gave Trust Me 4.75 out of 5 stars:
"A solid murder mystery and a skillfully done deliberate confusion around honest criminals, dirty cops, undercovers, drug dealers and the question who rather to follow: your heart or your mind?" (Review)

REVIEWS: Ex Equals, With the Band, Damaged Goods

Some more lovely reviews today...

Joan/Sarah F at Dear Author reviewed Ex Equals and gave it a B+ Grade:
I totally closed this book (on my phone) with a Happy Book Sigh (TM SB Sarah). And really, what more can you want than that?
Kalyko at BlackRaven's Reviews reviewed With the Band and gave it 4.5 out of 5 Ravens:
With the Band by L.A. Witt held me spellbound for its 200 plus pages. It’s sexy—is it ever!—and fun and a wonderful story that goes well beyond a romance.
And finally, Stefani and Just Erotic Romance Reviews reviewed Damaged Goods and gave it 3.5 out of 5 stars:
Needless to say, this was a highly erotic story and these two don’t have any problem warming it up. I wouldn’t say it was orgasmic but it was certainly hot. I did enjoy Damaged Goods, and would recommend it.

NOW AVAILABLE: Ex Equals

Ex Equals is now available from Amber Allure. Additional links will be posted here and on my website as they are available.
On the first day of his new career as a community college math teacher, Chris Reuben gets an unexpected—and most unwelcome—blast from the past: one of his students is his former navy shipmate...and ex-boyfriend.

Justin Hayes isn’t after a second chance when he signs up for an algebra class taught by his ex. All he wants besides a passing grade is a chance to make amends with the man he loved and hurt while they were deployed together three years ago.

Pain, guilt, and bitterness aren’t the only lingering feelings, though, and even if three years is enough to melt the ice between them, they’ve already risked their careers for each other once. Can Justin convince Chris that what they once had is worth putting careers and hearts on the line again?

Graphics and Stuff

You may have noticed that the banner on top of this blog keeps changing. I'm rather enjoying my new little catchphrase, "Abnormal Romance Author", and in between working on various projects, I've been playing with new banners. (Graphic design relaxes me, and I have needed it lately like you wouldn't believe) So, expect to see the banner changing fairly frequently until I finally settle on one I like.

Anyway, in between changing banners like they're Kleenex, I'm hard at work on a few upcoming projects. I should have some announcements fairly soon about some releases.

And speaking of releases, Disengaged and Ex Equals will both be out in September, along with Changing Plans (the combined paperback of Getting off the Ground, Infinity Pools, and On The List), so expect some contests and giveaways soon.

Also, the official release date for A Chip In His Shoulder is November 14th. Since The Closer You Get comes out the next day, I'm plotting and scheming some sort of contest/giveaway around that date. Keep an eye on this blog for more info!

Now back to trying to make a banner that works in between outlining my next story...

Cover Art and a Review

First things first, The Closer You Get is now available for pre-order on Amazon and Barnes & Noble. More links to come as they're available.

Second, Static received 4.5 out of 5 blue ribbons from The Romance Junkies Reviews:
The author does a great job of taking this interesting idea and building on it With STATIC L.A. Witt has created a multilayered and extremely moving story. [...] STATIC by L.A. Witt is truly a distinctive and captivating novel.
And finally, I have some lovely new cover art for Ex Equals:
Blurb:

Justin Hayes isn’t after a second chance when he signs up for an algebra class taught by his ex. All he wants besides a passing grade is a chance to make amends with the man he loved and hurt while they were deployed together three years ago.

Ex Equals will be available September 18 from Amber Allure.

Just a few quick updates and some reviews.

I've added excerpts to my website for three upcoming releases:

Stay tuned for an excerpt from
Ex Equals.

Also, I'm pleased to announce that I have signed with the newest M/M publisher, Riptide Publishing. My first title with Riptide will be my vampire/cyberpunk novella,
A Chip In His Shoulder, and is expected to be out in late October. Details to come as they're available.

Damaged Goods is now available on several third party sites: Sony, Fictionwise, AllRomance, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and ereader.com. And, of course, it's still available directly from Loose Id, LLC.

Finally, some reviews:

Michele at The Romance Studio has given
Light Switch 5 out of 5 hearts, and I think this may be my favorite comment about this book ever lol:
"Light Switch is a great book about Kristen's exodus from plain dry toast sex to drippy, gooey syrup coated French toast sex."

Feliz at Jessewave Reviews has given Cover Me 4.5 out of 5 stars:
This is a strong story, with very real and believable conflicts. As far as I can judge, the medical details are absolutely correct, and the job – related background regarding paramedics felt well-researched and authentic. [...] this was a great, skillfully written read with a realistic, gripping plot and well – wrought, well-developed characters. Highly recommended.
And Stephantois at Whipped Cream Erotic Romance Reviews has given Damaged Goods 4.5 out of 5 cherries:
"If you’re looking for an erotic romance that’s a little different, I’d say check this title out."
That's all for now -- plenty more in the offing, so check back often!

Some Announcements - and a contest.

First, Stumbling Over Chaos is giving away a copy of my soon-to-be-released novella, A.J.'s Angel. If you want to win, click here and leave a comment. The book will be available from Samhain Publishing on May 31.
And while we're all thinking about yummy cover art, I have received the final cover for Out of Focus, and OMG, it is made of gorgeous. I can't show it yet, but keep an eye on this blog, because the minute I can post it, I will.

Finally, two new books have been added to the Coming Soon list:

Ex Equals, a M/M novella, has been signed to Amber Allure, and I should have release info soon.

The Given & The Taken, a M/M/M vampire/werewolf novel, has been signed to Samhain Publishing, and is due out in January 2012. This will be book 1 of a series, The Ties That Bind, so stay tuned for information on subsequent titles.

And since we're almost to June, here's what's coming out next month:
That's all for now - stick around, because the next few months are going to be busy!
